Hi everyone,
my name is Stefan and I’m a UX person. I’m here to improve my personal workflow and work on a miro web plugin to better support affinity mapping. The plugin is still in it’s early development, but it’s open source, so have a look at https://github.com/stefan-spittank/miro-affinity-diagram-tools. In my spare time I am hosting a YouTube channel (together with friend), to bring the two worlds of product development and user experience together (https://www.youtube.com/c/papperlapapp-dev).
I’m looking forward to speaking to you all.
Hello Miro Community!
I’m Rach, a Success Coach for Trainual. Miro is one of my favorite tools at work! The collab, design, function, features → just Boss for project management. Looking forward to contributing to the community.
Happy Day Everyone!

Hello everyone !
I’m François and i’m french if you didn’t see it with my name ;) I’m working as Product Owner in an IT firm and definitely love Miro for all the possibilities it offers!
Hi, I’m Beth, a Business Systems Analyst in the
I stumbled upon Miro from someone within our Marketing Dept, and introduced it to our IT Team about a year ago.
I L-O-V-E the product. It genuinely has changed so much of how I work, it has allowed me to be a lot more fluid and creative with my thinking (and brain-dumping it all into visuals) to providing true collaboration in meetings, allowing my stakeholders to have real perception of my ideas and analysis.
I rave about it to anyone who will listen and have to convince them I don’t get commission
I intend to learn more about features and templates I haven’t used as much and look forward to growing more with the tool.
Hello I’m Mike, a value stream leader in the US.
I have been introduced to Miro by a co-worker who recommended converting our team white board meeting over to Miro. I like how nice it looks in comparison but still feel new to the tool and certainly looking for better ways to incorporate it to help the team continue to be more productive and accountable.
Looking forward to learning more about different templates and features as I continue to use it daily.

Hello community and fellow facilitators, conversation designers, Miro fans ♀️
Facilitation and workshops are my passion and my profession - I host a weekly podcast called ‘workshops work’ for which I have interviewed more than 150 guests on what it is that makes workshops work … And despite all these hours, I still enjoy geeking out on facilitation methods, techniques, group dynamics and facilitation mindset.
I host a facilitation community that we call NeverDoneBeforeto explore the edges of our profession and craft, to play with what-ifs and who-migh-we, to support each other, grow and play together.
In a nutshell, I believe that we can change the world, one workshop at a time And if our world leaders would use tools like Miro and master facilitation skills as much as they master negotiation and rhetoric, this better world would be right around the corner.
In the meantime, the world needs us - facilitators! Together we can.
I am looking forward to meeting you and learning with and from you
Hi everyone! TLDR; I’m Tristan and currently a product manager in cloud computing! Looking forward to connecting, learning and contributing! Feel free to connect with me here!
I’m a native New Yorker born and raised of Jamaican descent. I'm a proud son of immigrants. I got my drive from my father who is a mechanical engineer and my mother who holds a PhD in library science. Mediocrity is not in my DNA. I pride myself on being a forward thinker, driven, and optimistic.
I’m experienced in data analysis, cloud computing, product management, and operations management. Graduated from SUNY Old Westbury with a major in Psychology and Computer Science. I guess you can say I always wanted to know how computers worked. Both the biological one and the mechanical.
I am super passionate about product management. I’m a gamer so I gamify the problem finding/solving and reap the reward of customer satisfaction. Product management is all about empathizing with your users, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with others. I’m always searching for new challenges and ways to level up. Never settle.
I am a film buff, Sneakerhead, FinTech junkie, NFT Minter, Web3 evangelist, YouTube enthusiast and e-sports investor. For fun, I enjoy community organizing, traveling, whisky, DJ’ing, creating content, and reading. Let's connect!
Hi everyone - I'm Ben and live in Melbourne, Australia. Have had quite the journey with Miro over the past couple of years as it rapidly became the primary tool for my consulting / coaching work.
I'm excited by it’s potential and the ecosystem of thinkers/designers/practitioners emerging around it.
Describing exactly what I do in letters and words is a continual struggle () ...my current version runs something along the lines of helping organisations and teams make sense of who they are and their strategy, innovate and communicate with the world.
I love the creative process of exploring ideas, crafting narratives and discovering / experiencing / creating
Greetings from Rochester, NY
My name is Antonio and I’m the founder/owner of Tiny Fish Printing https://www.tinyfishprinting.com/ . We print all sorts of apparel and help companies with their merch stores (Shopify).
I’ve been using Miro to map our our production floor, material flow and team member roles. I’m just getting starting but I’m looking forward to learning from everyone.

Welcome to the Miro Community @Myriam Hadnes! I am so passionate about making remote workshops better, too! Would be really curious to learn more about your process and see your workshop templates in Miroverse!
Thank you for your curiosity, @Anna Savina - I love geeking out on (remote) workshop facilitation and am always happy to find a like-minded!
If I had to only mention my top 3 “process items” it would be
I start every session with a ‘turn to your neighbour moment’ for participants to meet another and not to feel alone in the space
Using music to impact the energy - especially for solo brainstorming
No ‘talk over slides’ and nobody speaking for longer than 10 minutes.
What are your top 3?
Hello community
I have been using the product for some time, running workshops as well as brainstorming and stuff, even if it’s just for me. Until 2020, I was a coach, consultant, speaker and instructor, focused on facilitating quality development in engineering and service organisations. When Covid19 locked me at home for a couple of years, Miro was a help, but I still miss the conferences and the travel. I have worked on every continent except South America (and Antarctica) and am focused on understanding, clarifying and facilitating the links between culture and quality - it is difficult enough understanding the true culture of a team or organisation when you are in the same room, when doing it remotely it is getting to be a nightmare.
Picture is of me addressing a roomfull of engineers - I have no idea what I was talking about that day :-)
My name is Alex, and I’m the Marketing Coordinator for Pet Parents. We make dog/cat diapers, blankets, belly bands, pads, and a plethora of other products for your furbaby. In a short while we’ll be opening our first new HQ and Store combination, and I’m incredibly excited. I’ve been working in a windowless plywood office, built inside a windowless warehouse (lmao!) since August, so I’m chomping at the bit to get into our incredible new office… and to have windows!
Generally speaking, I’m a nerd on various things inside and out of the marketing field. I don’t take myself too seriously, and I always enjoy a challenge. Motorsports and riding my motorcycle is my passion, but I have quite a few other things I enjoy doing: fishing, learning languages, music, movies, and trying to create stories with audio and/or text. If you have any questions for me, I’m an open book, so don’t hesitate to ask. After reading quite a few posts, it’s great to see so many others who have benefited from Miro. It’s been my saving grace after years of struggle.
I started using Miro after a coworker showed me the free version. Ten minutes into using it I was hooked. I used the free version to create something for the owner, and he was into it too, so we ended up buying a plan. It’s a great tool for me to finally get a plan organized and fully visualized, rather than trying to write a list down and going through the arduous experience of trying to get others to imagine things the way you see them; simply impossible.
With Miro, it’s been a godsend for everyone involved in my projects. Not only do they get to see a full visual representation of a process or procedure, but they almost always end up making a comment about how interesting it is to see things the way I do… is that good or bad?
I use Miro in my personal life as well. Though nothing too serious, I’m utilizing it to try and build out a story that I think would be cool to write. Far too nerdy/dorky to disclose haha!
I look forward to getting to know people and see what happens from here on out!
Hello Miro Community!
I’m Rach, a Success Coach for Trainual. Miro is one of my favorite tools at work! The collab, design, function, features → just Boss for project management. Looking forward to contributing to the community.
Happy Day Everyone!
Rach
We use Trainual!! Such a cool asset to have. We have “Trainual Days” on the first Friday of every month. Our company is growing rapidly, so we needed to take a day for everyone to focus on creating Trainuals so that we can expand and grow with the necessary assets and resources for each Pack (we call our teams “Packs” since we’re so dog focused lol).
Hi team, I’m Von an Experience Director at Enablo. We are specialists in digital employee experience and SaaS, partnering with market leaders in collaboration, communication, and coordination tools. Miro has been an absolute game-changer for me in my roles over the past ~5 years. As someone who leads large-scale virtual workshops with colleagues and customers on an almost daily basis, I love how easy Miro makes virtual collaboration and brainstorming across distributed workforce, no matter where you join from!
I’m so excited to be here in the Miro Community!
Hi to all and all the lovers of Miro: what are you calling the users of Miro?

Hi Miro Heros
Just to introduce myself briefly... I'm a brand strategist and designer based in Ireland, and since covid have moved all my workshops online. Miro has been fantastic and I love working in the space. Pre covid I was doing workshops in the studio, but Miro is giving me flexibility and freedom, and also its a great place to keep all the info safe, no more flicking around between Flipchart pages and losing sticky notes while you try to compile everything into a strategy on your Mac
Hello Miro Heroes!
This is Bora from Istanbul.
I am a UX person working for SHERPA, one of (the best, if you ask me) Turkey’s leading UX studios. I have worked as a UX producer for 4.5 years and now I am the brand & community manager.
As Sherpas we are analytical thinkers (cool way to say geeks) and love to create flow diagrams, create huge information architecture and content maps for digital products before the UI design stage. And that’s why we love Miro! Almost forgot, we run quite a few online workshops especially since the pandemic started and Miro is a great place to do that.
I read some of the earlier posts here and realized that sharing a photo is a great way to introduce yourself so this is what I am going to do. Here’s me, attending an offline workshop for a change :)
It feels great to have joined this community where I can meet and interact with people from all over the world with interesting stories and valuable expertise to share.
p.s. As a side gig, I create vegan recipes and share them on my Youtube channel. Audio is in Turkish but I started adding English subs to be more accessible. A big hello to all vegans here!

I’ve been organizing meetups for Product Design in Berlin for a while, and now going all in with a larger end of the summer event.
If you’re interested in the event and want some info, be sure to DM me.
Cheers!
I am Carlos.
I am a university professor and I develop projects and enterprises using the doctrine of change and digital transformation
And I look forward to connecting with everyone and sharing ideas and suggestions.
Hi,
I am Frederik, Co-Founder of Acquirepad. We are a B2B Marketplace for commercial real estate in Germany. I am a former Broker and Product Manager. I am covering Product, Sales, Marketing and Design in our team. Happy to exchange how to leverage Miro for Flows, Diagrams, Roadmaps etc.
We use Figma for wireframing and UX/UI.
Cheers, Frederik
PS: The design, that the text box is at the bottom and you have to scroll 2 miles is really user unfriendly...
Kia ora! I used Miro a few years back for project management when it was known as Realtime, and I’m wanting to use it for project management again
