Hey Miro Community,

I've been using Miro at work for a while now. From my experience, engineering, development, and product teams seem to be all over it. But I was wondering—do any of you from business, marketing, or sales teams use Miro in your day-to-day activities?


We’ve been using Miro with our Sales and Marketing departments, and it’s been pretty handy. I'm curious if other organizations are the same way. If you’re from sales, for example, what are the unique ways you leverage Miro to do your work? Or, if your sales team is not using Miro, what challenges or barriers prevent them from doing so?


Also, does anyone here use CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or something similar along with Miro? We've built apps for Miro, such as Salesforce for Miro, to streamline our processes, and I'd love to hear if others have similar integrations or tips.

I personally use Miro daily, not just for work but also for my personal life. I rely on it heavily for planning and organizing my to-do lists. It's incredibly helpful to visually map out my tasks and deadlines.

In our experience, Miro has been incredibly versatile. We use it to brainstorm ideas, plan our roadmaps and editorial calendar.


Great question! I’ve also seen Miro being used a lot by product and engineering teams, but it’s awesome to hear how sales and marketing are finding it useful too. We’ve used Miro for brainstorming, creating marketing campaigns, and even mapping out sales funnels. It’s great for visualizing processes and collaborating across teams. As for CRM tools, we use HubSpot alongside Miro to track and align campaigns, but I’d love to hear more about how others are integrating these tools! Looking forward to the discussion!
