I’ve recently run into problems updating cards on my boards. Unable to move cards or to update them unless I close Miro and then reopen.

View originalHow are you accessing Miro? Have you tried clearing your browser cache if that is how you are using it?

It happens intermittently when I am using Miro. I have to close out of Miro and then log back in. Also happening to other folks on my team.
Are you using the desktop app or accessing it via a browser? Have you confirmed that the browser & system requirements are met as per https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017572814-Supported-Browsers and https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017731553-System-Requirements?

I have. It worked for weeks and then suddenly we started to encounter glitches.
Given that it is an inconsistent/intermittent issue my only suggestion would be to record it using Loom or a similar video recording tool the next time it happens and log a Miro support request here: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center
I just finished a workshop yesterday where we were making extensive edits to a set of prepopulated cards and no one ran into this issue. We were using mostly Windows 10 PCs, accessing Miro via Google Chrome.
