Why the Export of a frame to image is not working anymore?

Once it worked for singular frames but now is only working for the whole board. The text “Export as image” is written in grey without link, instead in black with link. :(

@Giovanni Franco - I still have the Export as image option for my frames.

I am access Miro from a Windows 11 (64-bit) computer using Chrome, the Miro desktop, Firefox, and Edge, and have the option from all clients. I have the Consultant Plan subscription.

 

Can you tell us more about your setup? And could  you share screenshots or a video of what you are seeing? Loom is free and easy to use to share screen recordings.

Hello @Robert Johnson , and thank you very much for your reply. I found out that if I go to Miro on Chrome everything is ok. The issue arises when i work on Miro from Safari. I’m waiting an answer from the support. Let’s see … ;)

@Giovanni Franco - There used to be a limitation in Safari where the image export options were greyed out due to a limitation in Safari:

However, the limitation was overcome:
