Currently, my Miro space is ok. But I'm working with multiple clients who's stickies are multiplying wildly every time they copy and paste. In the same pattern as the frames we have, but offset to the right any ideas ?

That sounds more like the default duplicate behavior which is to put duplicated stickies to the right till a logical boundary such as a frame “wall” is hit and then they will restart being duplicated at the lower left of the original sticky.
