[RESOLVED] Templates won't load

Hi there,

Apologies I’m new to Miro, trying to create my first board but when clicking on “templates”, the page just perpetually loads. I’ve accepted all cookies when opening the page and have tried to view in Chrome and MS Teams but getting the same result.

Not sure if it’s a security setting or something to do with popups being blocked but not sure how to proceed / troubleshoot further. 

Has anyone had a similar issue / any luck in resolving?

Templates appear to be back. Are they working for you now?

@Ruby Smith - Same here. I tried in Chrome, Firefox, and the Miro desktop app, and am getting the following:

 

Templates appear to be unavailable from both the Miro dashboard and from within a board.

@Ruby Smith - I have reported this to Miro support and will CC you in the ticket.

I will update this ticket when I hear back from support (and when I am awake… going to bed now).

We are expereiencing the same issue.  Added to ticket.  No response.

Having the same template issues - I’m logged in, yet access is still blocked.
