Dear Miro Community,

I was using the trial period of subscription, and i didn’t realize that it was over and my debit card has been charged $152. I immediately submitted a ticket in micro support for a refund as I do not need this subscription service. I did receive a confirmation email that my ticket has been received but after that I have received no reply. It has been almost 24/7 hours, and I am seriously concerned about it.


For me, $152 is a lot of amount. I sent a reminder message in the same ticket today, but still no reply from the Miro Support team.
Kindly, please help me refund my money, I am completely broke!


i would really appreciate anyone in the community to help me get the refund for a service that I do not need!

Sorry to hear you’re having issues. As a paying subscriber, you’re able to submit a ticket directly to Support. If you have a confirmation, that means someone will be in touch shortly. Submitting a ticket is the fastest way to get assistance for your issue.
