Hello - we open our board, zoom in to the content we’ve uploaded previously and those PDFs start to load, but then disappear completely. They even disappear on the map (no more blue rectangles). This started last night. Any tips? I emailed support.

Any updates on when this is going to be fixed? I upload my PDFs and sometimes the information doesn’t load and other PDFs they load no problem. My current fix is to export the PDF as a jpg and import but this isn’t an effective solution.

I am still having this problem. Who do we contact? I’ve already submitted an online form with no response.
I’m also having this problem. Although it is not occuring on all of the pdf. It initially appears when I extract the pages, but then vanishes. I have some academic journal articles and book chapters that I am trying to annotate with my students. Could it be a copyright issue?
