@rickiraven - If you had a link to the board in your browser history, AND the board was set to Anyone with the link → Can view/comment/edit, AND the Board Content Settings were configured to allow anyone with the board access to copy it, then you could duplicate the board to your other team/subscription - however, that would be the ideal state.

Other than the above, the answer is no. You will need to contact the board owner of the one of the boards hat you are trying to access, or a Team Admin to add you back to the team.
