Hello Everyone.
I have just started using Miro.

Basically what I exactly need is the template to what they demo on their page (https://miro.com/teams/product/). It is an animated demo and the title of their file is Monaco GP Roadmapping. It has two tables, list of tasks and the timeline, it handles assignees and everything.

I searched a lot and could not find a ready template that works that way. What is worse is I have no idea how to customize a template to work that way either. The basic Roadmap template by Miro also only handles dates, no assignees or priorities.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi @Mohammad Gharehyazie,

Thanks for reaching out!

I could not find the exact template used in the demo as well. However, I have asked the team for the link of this specific template. As soon as I get a response from them, I’ll share them with you.

In the meantime, what I can see is that the app used in the demo is the Timeline app.

Hope this helps!

Hi Eca,
Thank you for your response. I will indeed be waiting for it.
And yes, I have seen the timeline, and Kanban, and everything else there was (almost), but none was as comprehensive and as connected as the demo. I mean look at your own screenshot! It is like a 5 year old compared to a seasoned veteran (the demo). and more important to me was the link between the timeline and that table (which I don’t know what it was).

I just hope the demo wasn’t fake.

Hi @Mohammad Gharehyazie,

Thank you for your patience and for sharing your thoughts.

If I don’t hear back from them by the end of the week, I’ll follow up again and ensure you’re updated as soon as I have more information. Thank you for bearing with me in the meantime!

No, Thank you for caring and responding.

Hi @Eca

Any updates on this?
I am just upset with such a false advertisement, and done in such blatant way.

Hi @Mohammad Gharehyazie,

Thank you for following up, and I completely understand your frustration. I’ve reached out to the team again for an update on this specific template and will continue to push for a response.

I apologize for the delay—it seems the upcoming holidays may be causing a slowdown in replies. Rest assured, I’ll share any updates with you as soon as I receive them. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime!

Thank you for sticking with me on this.

Thank you for sticking with me on this.

Greetings again @Eca and happy holidays.

Thank you for following up, but no need. I firmly believe that this is a classic case of false advertisement. Having to wait more than a month just for the simple question of “how did you do what you did in your demo? Is it even possible?” and not receiving anything, not from the community (except you) and not from the team, means the answer is “You can’t! The video was fake”. I have abandoned the hopes of Miro being something above a mixture of figjam+visio and anything functional.

Hi @Mohammad Gharehyazie ,

The GIF is using the new Tables (beta), which recently started rolling out. There doesn’t appear to be anything “false” about it. You can read more on the feature here → https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/22760922335506-Tables-BETA

As for the “template” shown in the GIF, there is no indication that it is a template. Rather, it appears to just be a Miro board titled “Monaco GP Roadmap”.
