I tried to clear cache but it didn’t help :(

Are you referring to mindmaps? I can see an upgrade button in your screenshot. I assume you are on Free plan. However, mindmaps are available for all plans. As per my replication, here’s what it looks like on my end.

 

I appreciate your proactiveness in troubleshooting, but there are other factors that can help fix this. Please try the following and share the result with us:

  1. Check if the issue is reproduced in incognito (private) mode and a different browser
  2. Disable the browser extensions. Sometimes they clash with Miro processes (e.g. Grammarly with the text widgets). 
  3. If you experience performance issues on a specific board, try duplicating it and see if the issue persists on the copied board

I’ve tried opening Miro in incognito and it worked! Although I got this message at first,


after reloading the page I could see my boards. Yeah, sorry, I was reffering to boards, not maps. Boards weren’t loading at all after singing in. 

Although I got everything loaded in incognito, boards are still not loading in a regular tab. BTW, when I switch accounts, everything works fine, so I assume it’s not because of extensions

It’s interesting that everything loads fine when switching accounts. This could indicate something specific to your current session or cache for that particular account. Here are a few additional things you can try to resolve the issue on your regular tab:

  1. Clear cache and cookies for Miro in your regular tab. Since it works in incognito, it might be an old session issue.
  2. Log out and back in to refresh your session on the regular tab.
  3. If it’s still not working, try resetting your browser settings to default, as it could be a hidden setting that's blocking the boards from loading properly.

Give these a try and let me know if any of them work! We’ll get this sorted out for you.
