3 days ago I noticed that my account changed from Consultant to Enterprise.


I have a Consultant plan till the 12th of February.
Today I should perform training for University students. Currently, I cannot provide them access to the board because of Enterprise Plan, which I didn’t purchase and request.
There is no answer from Support for all this period. I have no options to copy my boards or transfer them to another account, nor create a new team.
This situation strongly affects me, my reputation, colleagues and 15 students.
Please, help me in this situation.

Thank you for your reply!
The first request was opened on Friday 17th. The second request was opened yesterday. The Support team already reached me out regarding the second request. It seems that my account was migrated into the EPAM Enterprise account. I have no idea how and why it happened. But currently I cannot perform training for students. I cannot copy-paste my boards to another account, nor create another Team. All the options are unavailable.
