Hello, Miro Community!

For the first time in a long time, one of my coworkers is unable to connect into Miro (through the small red Microsoft SSO symbol).

We tried using a private browser to minimize cookie/cache concerns, but the error remained.
This is not an issue for colleagues.


"To activate this connection, first sign in using your Miro credentials or another linked third party," says the error message.

This happens to me as well from time to time, usually it works after clearing cache/changing browser. A few times, rebooting my computer did the trick (probably due to company-specific monitoring software somehow messing with the SSO).
