I’ve been experiencing this problem for several weeks now. When several users are trying to build a mind map at the same time, somehow/somewhere one of the users will click in the mind map and the entire content will get enclosed with a grey box. When this happens no one can add new things to the mind map or edit existing content. I ask everyone to click away from the mind map to clear the space and the grey box disappears. And then when they start working on it together again the same thing happens again.
Are there any suggestions for why this is happening and are there ways that I can help my users to make sure this doesn’t happen?
