Hey there,

Miro is currently running (loading) very slow for me, in both desktop app (Mac) and Browser (Chrome for Mac). It’s actually not usable currently.

Any reported issues / infos on that?

Thank you!

I have the same issue here.  Unusable.

Hi,

Trying to reach a miro board this morning without success, any board I try to open lags forever… the loading miro icon spins for 10-15min, and when a bord finally display, I can’t select anything, the menus stil load forever…Any idea ?

Hello, I confirm I have the same issue, both in desktop app and browser.

It happened today more or less 4 hours ago, out of the blue. Boards taking forever to load, reconnecting and so on as you guys already described. Please fix this we need Miro!

Hi Chris! Miro's service has been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused! For continued updates see here: https://status.miro.com/

I can’t log into the dashboard to see my boards yet. I’ve checked the status and it seems everything is working. However, I still can’t get into anything.

EDIT: I tried several times this morning and wasn’t able to get in. I just tried a few moments ago and was able to.

Everything was fine for me in my primary browser, but when I opened another browser, I was still getting the “there’s been a glitch” screen, even after clearing my cache.

I had bookmarked “https://miro.com/app/” and was getting the error when going there, as well as when going to “https://miro.com/app/dashboard/”.

What fixed it for me was to load Miro using this link → https://miro.com/? – either because of going to the root domain or the question marked helped to indicated a new request.

Of course, there was another update at https://status.miro.com/incidents/47ts334lmwbp:
