I had signed up for a personal MIRO account using my company email for individual use at work. A few months later, my company bought enterprise licenses. I received a welcome email from MIRO, followed the link, but my account does not show as an enterprise account, and enterprise features are not available to me.

How do I migrate my account to the enterprise license and access the additional features?

@ProductRyGuy - If your Miro account profile was added to a second team, you should now see at least two teams available to switch between from your Miro dashboard. For example:

 

Do you see the new team and can switch to it?

If so, you should be able 6o move your boards from your Free Plan team to the Enterprise Plan team by following these instructions:

As noted in that article, Enterprise Plan admins can choose to restrict this board movements.

If you are unable to move boards from your Free to Enterprise Plan, you could also try settings the free an board's share settings to Anyone with the link "can view" and then opening the board, clicking on the title, and the using the Duplicate action to see if you get a prompt of where you would like the new board to be created.
