Grouped Items don't stay grouped.

I am having an issue where I group multiple items together in a template, save the template, and upon re-opening it some (but not all) of the groups have been un-grouped. Why is this happening?

@Wyrd - Are any of the objects over top of a Table, Kanban, or User Story Map? Can you share a screenshot of which item types they are and what is behind them?

Also, which item types are grouped together that are becoming ungrouped?
