Free account: How do I avoid guests I invbite to my boards to get paying members automatically after 4 days?

Hi,

we use a team account (159$/year) and regularly invite internal and external guests to our boards. After 4 days they automatically change to paying members that we have to pay for or manually delete from the list of users/guests. Is there a setting to NOT have them as members straight?

    @Anne Braun - The Miro Team Plan does not have Guests as editors.

    There is only one way for people to edit boards in a Team Plan team to which they are not a member of: Visitor access.

    How exactly are you inviting/sharing/adding them to the board? For example:

     

    Volunteer Community Moderator | Visual Thinker | Frame many items at once using MultiFrame.ca
