Hello everyone

I currently have a paid Miro account.  I want to export a board, then let the account go, i..e stop paying.  I’d then like to use the exported board in a new, paid account, that will be set up by a customer in a few months’ time.

How can that be done?

@Bennie Naude - You can:

  1. use the Board Export → Download board backup feature to download the board as a .rtb file
  2. store it somewhere, e.g., Google Drive,
  3. and later restore it into a paid account using the Upload from backup option:
