Hi there,

I signed up for a consultant plan, but with one team in place, I can't do any of the following.
 1. create a new team.
 2. add members to an existing team.
If I try to run it, I am guided to sign up for an additional contract.

Furthermore, I cannot delete an existing team even I see the consultant plan on the team so that I think the plan is signed up correctly.

Does anybody know what is causing this and what is the solution?

Also, if you have a page that summarizes the differences in functionality between the team plan and the consultant plan, please let me know.

@R M Are there team members currently added to any of your boards? That might be the case for not being able to delete existing team.

so do you not have this option (below)?

  1. Access the team settings page & click on Company
  1. Use the Create new team option in the page which opens

Also, are you setup as a Company Admin which you can check here:
