Cannot login to my account anymore

Hi dear Miro community,

 

Since I looked up how Slack works with Miro I cannot access my Miro account anymore. It just keeps loading and loading and loading.

 

I have tried to delete all my cookies and done it in an incognito window unfortunately no change.

 

I am now a bit desperate to access my account again.

 

Has anyone experienced similar issue and would know how I can log-in again?

@Laura Sastre - Have you tried the password recovery feature?

Open an incognito/private browser window, go to the sign in page, and click on the “I forgot my password” link:

https://miro.com/login/

My password is accepted it simply then does not  load anything?

@Laura Sastre - Try changing your password using the password recovery.

Thanks a lot I’ll try that!

That did not do the trick I still do only get an ever loading screen. This is a nightmare! How can I remove the slack option?
