I am on a team (annual) plan. As far as Miro policy is, I can’t revert to monthly. If I want 50 collaborators to edit on a board with me for 3 months, on and off, am I better off financially upgrading my team plan to 50 members, or upgrading my team plan to consultant plan and adding them in as day pass users at $3 each time they may or may not come in? Considering that if I take them off the plan after 3 months, will I still get billed for their annual use on the ‘team plan’?

Day pass usage can get very expensive over time. We went with the consultant plan with monthly billing for our 1-3 day courses and use “floating” full access user licenses which we move from student-to-student as the most economical approach.
We found that using a consultant plan with monthly billing and moving full access licenses from student to student for our 1-3 day courses was a lot cheaper than using a bunch of day passes.
