Issue with User

Hi

 

Advice needed I have one user that I have set up with Non Team Member access levels to edit a board and part of the board and Team.  All they can see is a grey screen.  I have removed him re created added different permissions and still just a grey screen.  He has not been set up any differently to others that have had no issues at all.

How is he accessing Miro? If it is via a browser, can he try to access it using incognito mode to see if that works?

@Caroline Ballinger - In addition to Kiron’s question:

  • Has he tried a Miro desktop app?
  • Is he on a corporate network/VPN?
  • Has he tried another computer/device?
  • Does he use Miro outside of your boards or does this open happen for boards you are adding him to?
  • When does he get the “grey” screen, e.g., for all Miro webpages or just boards? If the boards are the pages at miro.com that show up grey, but the Miro logo is in the middle, perhaps this is a WebSockets issue.

It may also be helpful for him to record a video of what is happening - Loom is free and quite easy to create and share.
