Reviews take time to be monitored and approved by the platform. Have you checked your “My Rewards” portal on G2 profile?

Have you checked your spam for an email notifying that your gift-card is ready? 

If none of these provide a solution, will you be able to share your email address so I can look into the delay? In the meantime, can you link the review that you wrote that was approved by G2? Thanks!
