Urgent - How do I activate public sharing for guest editors?

Hi community,

I’ve spent hours now trying to open up board access to guest editors, and can’t seem to find out how.

I’ve looked through these two articles, however I am getting stuck because I do not have access to the ‘sharing policy’ under security, even though I am on a paid plan? See screenshots below.

@miro can I get help with this one urgently, as we need to run a client workshop tomorrow.

Thanks @Robert Johnson  I am a team Admin, and I am also yes the Board Owner of this board.

We do not have any company admins.

Thanks @Robert Johnson  we deduced there is a chrome issue causing this… can work via incognito or the desktop app for now

@RobinHuRosterfy - From your screenshots, I have deduced that you are on the Team Plan.

Next, what is your role in Miro? Are you a 

  • Member
  • Team Admin
  • Company Admin

To find this out, you should be able to go back into the Team profile settings → Users page. 

Are you the board owner of any of these boards that you are trying to share?

I vaguely recall this happening once before and I believe it was related to a browser extension.

Have you tried the Miro desktop app?
