Sticky notes, justifying to the top left of a frame when moved

Hi Guys,

Would anyone be able to let me know what I am missing?

I have created a frame in preparation for a collaborative workshop, but am encountering a  spot of an issue, whereby when a sticky note is place on the frame and is then moved - the sticky note is relocated and justified to the top left of the frame.

Any one else encountered this and over come it?
