Does anyone have a number to call for really urgent issues?

I love Miro, but their customer service/account management is god awful. I have been trying to get ahold of an ACTUAL person for several weeks... I wish you luck.

There was an user with access to Miro, now it is not working. I tried to invite her, but I got this message “XXXXX is deactivated in your account and cannot be invited to boards”. How can I proceed, it is very important to have access.
