[KNOWN BUG] Can't duplicate Miroverse "Participant Onboarding Playground" template

I’ve been trying to make a copy of the Participant Onboarding Playground template for over an hour. It continues to have the error ‘something went wrong’, no matter what browser I use. 

Please advise! I have an education account.

@Anne Scarlett - I am receiving the same error (Consultant Plan account). This is likely affecting all Miro users.

This has happened before with other templates. The fix was for Miro to update some objects on the board.

If you could please let us when once the template has been fixed, it would be helpful.

As you’ve already opened a Miro support request (according to your update here https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/cannot-duplicate-miroverse-board-6614), there’s not much that any of us can do to assist as it is likely a technical issue with the Miroverse content which is preventing that board’s duplication. Hopefully the support team follows up with you soon…
