I like the way that the left sidebar's Frames tab will navigate to/zoomTo a frame and center is in the visible space on the board, i.e., "visible" being defined as the full viewport minus any open panels, e.g., left sidebar, Comments, Visual Notes.
The current Web SDK 2.0 viewport zoomTo method does not consider any open panels.
