Allow Miro to work on a LAN (Without internet - for highly sensitive information)

Current state of cybersecurity around the world prevents handling of highly sensitive information (e.g. trade secrets, defense info, etc) on internet-enabled platforms. Allowing the use of Miro either off-line or on Local Area Networks without internet could expand the product market.
