When using find on a large, need to be able to easily move forward through the results.
e.g. do a search for Bob, select first result, make an edit or adjustment, move to next result or skip through a few results.
Currently you have to click back to the search box each time, then find where in the list you were up to and then keep going. It’s almost easier to manually scan the board.

It is related, and would ideally be part of that solution, but it can be seen as separate - just the ability to easily go ‘next’, ‘next’, ‘next’ through the search results, like using find on page in your web browser.
