Hey there,

My company have just switched to an enterprise account and we now use SSO to access Miro. Works a treat through a browser, but on the desktop app and iPad app I need to supply full credentials and confirm identity on my phone every time I log on.

Anyone else have this issue?

I’m not sure what it could be, but could it have something to do with the credentials?

If you’ve taken a look at the article and it seems everything should be running smoothly, but you’re still having to log in on the apps, I’d suggest you reach out to submit a ticket to Miro Support.
