When the board Zoom shows 100% it is zoomed so far in that you see nothing. I can’t find a way to change that. Set Start View sets the view so you can see everything but the Zoom shows <1%

+7It sounds like the objects on the board are so small that normal resolution (100% zoom) is unable to show them properly. The only suggestion I’d have is to unlock all the objects, select all of them (Ctrl-A) and then resize them to be large enough to be visible at normal resolution.
