Can I hide part of the canvas?

Robert Kienzle

I’d like to hide part of the canvas.  I’d like to keep my participants from seeing some of my pre-designed templates.

is there a way to do this?

What I do is to use large rectangles with a grey background to hide the frames for upcoming exercises. I lock those rectangles over the frames and then selectively unlock and delete them as we go from exercise to exercise.

Couple of other options are:

  1. Add the content via the custom template option when you are ready for the participants to work with it.
  2. Stage the content in a separate “facilitator only” board and copy & paste it into the working board when you are ready for the participants to work with it.

Thank you, Kiron.  That sounds like a solution.  Cheers!
