Miro Request Management Enhancement


Hi Product Management Team,

 

Please consider the following use case for a Miro product enhancement.

 

Add an option to redirect new Miro requests to a URL. For example, today we leverage an IAM solution called Sailpoint to support SCIM integration for a self service application entitlement request process. We would recommend enhancing the following Miro Request Management option to include the option to redirect the user to a URL, in our use case the Sailpoint URL.

We do support this use case with the fourth option in the screenshot you have mentioned. You can pick the ‘Redirect user to a service desk’ option and it will ask you to add a URL so that the user gets redirected to it.


Hi Nakul, are you stating we can leverage the ServiceDesk option to a specific URL and does not need to be a ServiceDesk solution?
