I tried to submit my app to Miro marketplace but encounter Experimentation errors

Hello!
I tried to submit my app to Miro marketplace but nothing happened. And the errors in dev tools.

App’s url https://www.smartfindreplace.com/plugin/index.html

Upd: Profile settings page >>>>>» I click “Submit your app,” then I briefly see the application submission form for a few milliseconds (less than a second), after which it closes automatically. I remain on the Profile Settings page and see the errors shown in the screenshot.

Upd2: I don’t have adblockers; the settings in the browsers allow the necessary actions; I tried in different browsers; I tried in Incognito mode as well. The same result.
