Could you please let us know if the issue with the sticky notes also occurs when using a different browser—particularly Chrome or Edge? This will help us determine whether it’s browser-specific.

A few more questions that could help us narrow this down:

• Are you seeing this issue on one board or multiple boards?

• Does it happen only with existing sticky notes, or also when you create a new one?

• Are any browser extensions enabled that might affect how content displays (e.g., ad blockers, script blockers)?

• Is your browser and operating system fully updated?

You’ve already tried some great troubleshooting steps—refreshing, reloading, and clearing the cache in Firefox. If the issue continues after checking the above, would you be able to record a short video showing the behavior? This will help us better understand what’s happening.

I switched to Chrome, then it worked. I had this issue when I used Firefox.

 Just now (Monday 04.08.2025) I tested it again. It works now again in Firefox (14.1.0, Windows 11)  too.

What I did in the meantime: I created two other boards within Chrome and worked there. Before I only had one board. 
Also, there was a Firefox update which forced me to restart Firefox. Maybe that was the solution.
