Paid licenses not showing up

I’m really confused as I just paid for 3 additional licenses (with me making it a 4 person team).  I received the invoice with a copy of the charge hitting my credit card.  However when I go to add folks to my team it stated that I only had 1 additional full license.  Therefore, I have 2 folks that I can’t add (even though I have an invoice saying I paid for them).


Who can I contact for support?
