Miro Desktop application unable to be installed silently from SCCM

I am trying to package MIRO for mass deployment of 3.500 staff at TWG, the Windows store version has issues with our SSO product OKTA, the Desktop version does not work when using the command “-s” as suggested in its registry install path, however if i run it manually via command prompt the application installs.

Furthermore the applications silent uninstall command also does not work.

Looking forward to a solution.

Hi @Cam Harris,

Sorry to hear there are issues with SSO! I’ve converted your post into the support ticket - the team will get back to you via email to troubleshoot it.

As for mass deployment, I’ll let the Product team know about this request from you.

Hi Marina,

I found a solution to this, please close the support ticket, solution is to run the Miro Desktop version in user preference from SCCM as the application installs under the current users profile

Thank you for letting us know, @Cam Harris!

Hello Marina,

I still require your guidance..

I'm trying to create an Intuned app of the Miro Windows desktop application to deploy to the masses. For this process to complete I require the install/uninstall commands.

How to proceed?
