How to refresh Smart Screenshot in Word?

I am struggling to understand how to update/refresh Smart Screenshot from Miro that I have embedded into a word Document. I thought this might be a great tool to publish internal SOPs, by designing those

The Microsoft marketplace for add-ins mentions Refresh visuals in one click to keep content aligned with your latest updates”, but I see nowhere to click to do this.

On Miro’s website, they mention this:

Content embedded through the Miro side panel maintains a connection to the original Miro board. While it doesn't automatically sync, you can refresh the embedded content to ensure it reflects the latest version of your Miro board.

Yet it does not explain how to refresh the content….

Does anyone knows how to do this? Or is this a bit a of a lie, and refreshing means to re-embed each time? In which case, this is hardly a better tool than Sniping tool imo.
