Hi everyone! I’m representing MitOst e.V., a not-for-profit organization based in Berlin. We mostly engage with such topics as non-formal education (our horizontal school is in charge), active citizenship, and cultural exchange. I’d like to invite you to the workshop/reflection session on Jan 28 where we as a team will be sharing our experience with miro and how we integrate it in our everyday life (we’ve discovered so many unusual ways of using it!). I’ll paste the full description of the event below. For your convenience, here is a FB event and here is the registration form. The participation is free. Ask me anything you want! Over the past year, Covid-19 has been forcing us to urgently leverage new technologies in order to adapt to new ways of working within our organization, with our partners, communities, and target groups. For a while, we felt like tying shoelaces while walking, or better say running, to keep up the pace with the overwhelming changes in our professional life.Havin

Hi Miro Community, As companies around the world design the next phase of their workplaces, the most common setup is a hybrid model, where people work some days from a physical office and some days from home or another location. But doing hybrid well can be hard. At Miro, we’re using our extensive experience as a globally distributed team — that uses our product every single day (in a multitude of ways) — to inform our company’s approach to hybrid work.On Feb 16 and Feb 17, Miro’s Head of Operations, @Grisha Pavlotsky, and Head of Product, @Varun Parmar, spoke about what factors we’re considering as we design the next phase of work and how our product strategy works to ensure that our hybrid experiences are inclusive and engaging. Have you attended the webinar? Please share your thoughts, ideas, feedback, and ask any questions you have for us

Join us as @Jen Fox of Sesh gives us some background and a walkthrough of their winning template. The template was inspired by their agile, and fully remote team’s desire to have transparency into in-progress initiatives that impact the entire company. They needed a roadmap that wasn’t time based (because we are not waterfall), nor a full-time job to manage (because she is not a project manager.) This format acts as a great co-creation tool to quickly gather requirements with stakeholders and immediately see the potential impact on delivery. This roadmap showcases the greater vision and journey of the company, while providing enough detail so that anyone on the team can discern what we’re working on, and the breadth of work involved.https://events.miro.com/events/details/miro-noram-presents-noram-vmug-16-miroverse-peoples-choice-award-winning-template-agile-product-roadmap/

I feel like it’s useful to understand before we go into learning how to foster innovation and efficient problem solving. What are the challenges hindering innovation in your org?
