I am a board owner on a free plan.
However, while editing permissions and access for other team members, I accidentally blocked access for myself as well.
The board is in the lists, but I can't perform any operations with it - since I am the owner, I became only a commentator.
Can I restore access to the board? How to do it?

What you are describing should not be possible.
You are either not the board owner or are not signed in under the user account profile, i.e., email address, that created the board.
