    Dark Mode / Night ModeOpen

    Miro is fantastic on a massive screen. It’s like you can see, arrange and rearrange your mind in 2d. The bright background and colours work well for feeling energised, fresh, and productive early in the day. For those of us who get more done during the night, however, the brightness can feel glaring and have the opposite effect, causing fatigue, especially with extended use.It feels like a godsend to night-owls that the software industry is finally recognising our needs with dark mode being added to everything. While the implementation would understandably be no small task, I, for one, would greatly benefit from dark mode being added to what has become a fantastic tool in my work and lifestyle.Thank you for Miro, and the Wishlist,Walter

    Offline modeOpen

    Hello Miro Team, I am pretty sure you guys on fire now with huge demand for your product, but Miro need an offline mode for iPad, it is just not possible to use it if connection interrupted, people are using this not only for constant collaboration, there a lot of people who do some preparation for projects, and these situations not really need the connection. But when you can’t use the app it is the most frustration time, when you start thinking why such smart people couldn’t figure out this. Do not listen PMs if the telling you this is not what customers need! We need this! We need to be able to work with app in any conditions. this do not has to load everything, just have some sort of buffering of last sessions, we need this mode to add something new, not to view old.   Hope to see it soon.     Folders (directories) in projectsIn Development

    Organizing boards in projects works fine, but it’s not enough when you want to use Miro as a serious archive for ideas, project documentation and company knowledge. I observe that if there are more than 5-7 elements per directory, it becomes less and less usable. Every single initiative we start, creates 2-5 boards. And it’s just one initiative in one of our products. Without directories, project view becomes a mess and is completely unusable. For me, it’s absolutely essential to maintain a basic structure of our knowledge and lack of directories is a significant blocker. I think especially nowadays, when the whole world works remotely, there’ll be more and more boards that will desire the comfort of a cosy directory. :)

    To me, this is the most glaring of the missing features on MIRO right now.  This app keeps getting better and works seamlessly, but that one missing feature is really holding us back from going all-in.

    I wish there was a way to perform a “replace all” on text, within the document so that if I create a template, I can easily update all the text within by using placeholders (i.e. find and replace all instances of “<Client>” with the client name).

    Hey people ! This is more like requests what i’m posting here, but i don’t want to contact directly by mail for these requests. First : I’m a student programming and i use a lot of mindmap in my projects organization. I think it could be usefull for programmers like me to include small part of code with a colored synthax like this : int main(int argc, char **argv){ printf("hello world !"); return(42);} Second : I love dark modes and i think they are more and more important for users theses days. I don’t found it so i think there isn’t this feature. I know it’s a ton of work in UI perspective but it’s a really worth of users comfort.     Cards: Assign multiple people to one cardOpen

    Sometimes in our kanban boards we have tasks that regard more than one user. It would be nice to assign more than one user at a time (maybe up to 5?). Right now we use labels for that, but being able to assign users and use labels for categories as intended would be great!

    Allow anonymous visitors to edit their namesBeta

    I think the title is fairly self-explanatory. I’d like for anonymous board editors to be able to rename themselves on entry into a board through a shared link. Name assignment only needs to be stable for the duration of the access to the board. Think Zoom where users can assign themselves a name on the fly for the duration of a meeting. This is especially important for collaborative work on white boards in larger groups. I work in a nonprofit that regularly convenes partner organization and we routinely have groups of 40-60 people in virtual meetings now. Not being able to distinguish who “Anonymous Bear” is compared to “Anonymous Owl” is extremely confusing (and getting them all paid users is not practical as well as cost-prohibitive). I know Mural is working on this feature for release in the upcoming weeks and it would be extremely valuable.

    Import mind maps from other appsOpen

    I’ve been using MindNode for a long time and have lots of mind map templates, and mindmaps that I’m using. It would be great to be able to import these into Miro. Is that possible? Thanks

    Option to make an entire object a clickable hyperlinkOpen

    I use the Link to very often. While the current functionality of having little blue arrow at the top-right corner of an object function as the clickable hyperlink is absolutely sufficient, there are times when I could like to make the entire object clickable.Example of the current solution using a button from the wireframe library (my use case): What I would like to have happen isthe cursor turns into a pointer; and be able click activate the link by clicking anywhere on the object.Example: I would like to see this new option be available for any object to a Link can be applied.

    Entity Relationship Diagram / Cardinality / Crow's Foot NotationDelivered

    I’m interested in creating Entity Relationship Diagrams in Miro, and I’ve seen a template for them, but I think a major thing missing is crow’s foot notation which shows cardinality in the relationship. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entity%E2%80%93relationship_model   I would love to see this kind of notation added to the list of arrows and other end-points that you can put on connector lines.      I love Miro and would prefer to use it for any types of diagramming, but for people who need to use this kind of notation to make content and data models, Lucid Chart has the market. If Miro can get on board with the means to create more technical diagrams, even just beginning with these notations, I think they would be able to engage many more users.     Hi, we primarily use Miro for process improvement kaizen events.  We do a lot of process mapping and swim lane maps.  It would be nice to be able to import and export Visio since the Visio mapping tools are much more robust.  Either that, or a tool similar to the new Kaizen where you can easily add rows and columns.

    Archive Projects & BoardsOpen

    A bit surprised that no one has requested this simple powerful feature yet, my team’s boards is a total mess, it would be great if we are able to archive Projects mainly, boards archive would be nice to have but it wouldn’t substitute the projects. This is especially helpful for Agencies and Freelancers who work with many projects a year, right now the only way to keep the directory clean is by by up the projects and deleting them, which is not fun when you have many boards within a project.   You guys are doing a great job with the product, but i really think it’s time to look beyond the board features and look after the directory and the organizational issues a bit, thanks.

    Export Mind Map as Hierarchy in CSVOpen

    Currently, when exporting a Mind Map to CSV, Miro generates a flat list. I want to export my Mind Map as a hierchy so that I can load the data into a spreadsheet or Word doc to make other notations or edits.    Here’s an example.  My simple Mind Map:     Exports to CSV as a Flat list, even worse, there doesn’t seem to be an order to the items in the list.    I want Miro to export my Mind Map as a table that shows the hierarchy of the map, as shown below:

    since the radius is fixed, at larger sizes it becomes too pronounced for my taste. in other tools the radius can be modified (e.g. lucid), i think it would be a great enhancement for the product :)

    Export to PDF with CommentsOpen

    Two questions as follows:  How can I export comments How can I print comments in context   Ideally, i’d like to export a PDF with the comments opened on the screen - that would be useful for printing and sharing.   I have a shared workspace that has a bunch of comments on it. I’d like those comments to be expanded onto the screen and exported in a format that can be printed.  Alternatively, I’d like to export the comments into a word doc or a google sheet. In the above screenshot there are two comments. When I export this to a best quality PDF, it looks like this   As you can see - the comments have disappeared.

    Freeform, filled shapesOpen

    It would be really useful to be able to draw freeform shapes that have a colour fill. We are architects and using Miro to run design workshops remotely. It’s really useful to be able to colour parts of a drawing in to illustrate ideas, but only rarely does what we want to colour relate to the predefined filled shapes available.  Could work with the existing freeform line tool, adding the ability to connect the two ends to make a closed shape, or could be a standalone drawing tool.
