About the speakers:
Anna Ciula is an Agile practitioner passionate about great teams and collaboration. Working as an Engagement Lead at the Open Innovation Labs, she works with customers helping their teams to form and realize their full potential. Anna has been working with and leading teams in software development for the last decade.
Ilaria Doria is an Engagement Lead working in Red Hat Open Innovation Labs. Over the last 20 years supported customers in their digital transformation journey leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. She worked with large customers coaching and enabling their teams to adopt and scale agile and devops while building their platforms as products. Ilaria is leading residency style engagements and DevOps Culture and Practices enablements. She is an active contributor to the Community of Practices and a visual thinking believer.
