Log the name of the user who starts screen sharing in the Activity log.

We have had a session spoiled because someone unwittingly started Screen sharing and the host could not identify or recover control of the screen sharing. If the Activity panel logged who started the screen share, this would be solved.
Even better would be a way to limit screen share control to the hosts.
