Want to be able to move, pin or hide the floating editing toolbar

When you select an item from the left side tool bar, like a sticky note, an editing tool bar appears almost directly over the are you are working on and usually overlays on what you are working on. It would be good to hide this edit tool bar when you click into the item, or be able to hide the tool bar using a right click as a toggle, or being able to just move and pin it away from the area you are working on.

So often that toolbar directly covers a sticky note adjacent to the sticky note I’m editing. But I need to be able to see the one being covered to edit the one I’m editing. I’d love to be able to choose where that toolbar lives, or have it be better about finding the open whitespace on the screen.

I would also love the ability to snap the edit bar to the top (under the apps/present bar) as an option ON the editing bar itself.

While not a solution to this Wish List idea ask, I did learn recently that you can hide the context menu by pressing Shift, which has helped me out a number of times, especially with Tables, e.g., a cell is selected to draw attention to it while sharing my screen, but I need to read what is in the cell above.
