When I am trying to export a frame as a vector pdf, the text on the majority of the Sticky Notes on the board disappears and does not show on the pdf. Does anybody know why this is happening and how I can get around this? Thank you.
I would like to be able to provide a link to guest users (or registered users outside of my organisation) which points to a particular custom template. When the link is clicked, a new board should be created, with the contents of the custom template added.I can see this behaviour within the templates section of the Miro website, with the ‘Use Template’ buttons: https://miro.com/templates/action-plan/How can I recreate this behaviour? HelloI’ve added Postits to a table.When I delete a column that does not contain any postits, then a postit that is contained two columns further left is gone. Does anyone knows, why that can happen. It’s not very good, this time I remarked because the table does not conatin many postits...

Hi Everyone,I’m new to Miro and I’m a bit stuck with something. Hoping that a Miro Hero can come to my rescue.I’m working on an internal help centre for our support team (20 members) and need to create categories for around 200 articles. I want the support team to create the categories and sort the articles via card-sorting.I’ve set up a Kanban board with 45 cards (article titles) and columns for groups. I’m pretty happy with the board so I’m ready to share it with the participants to start getting their input.Here’s where I’m stuck.I need help with understanding the best way to share my Miro board for card-sorting so that each participant has their own version to work on. I want them to sort the cards (articles) and name the groups individually and independently of each other.How can I do this?Is the only way to create duplicate boards for each participant or is there are more sophisticated way?I’ve been searching for 2 days, so please let me know if you have the steps or links to an

Is there any way to restore deleted team or board this team belong?Did a cleanup and delete deprecated teams from my account but important board I'm looking for was assigned with old team. A bit shocked now. As an improvement why not to place boards name on the popup with warning(not only numbers of boards to be deleted.

I was cruising along and all was well… when all of the sudden the select tool stopped working as usual. For some reason ( while in mouse navigation mode ) left clicking the canvas alway uses the Pan Tool rather than drawing a selection box as expectd. So.. Select the selection tool or push V on the keyboard while in mouse navigation mode click on canvas holding down the button and dragging instead of dragging out a selection box the tool mysteriously changes to the Pan Tool and pan’s the keyboard???Previously I would use space bar to pan the keyboard. Now it’s just broken? Thanks for your help in advance.
Hi all!I wanted to test the “limits” of a board to work on, with aprox. 70 people.I created one board, with a total of 2300 elements on it (13 times same board, for teams to work in) and with 70 people working, it was impossible.So I am trying to figure out if.I hit a limit to number of elements on a board I hit a limit with amount of people working at the same time If it is a local problem with things like working through VPN, slow mashines, bad connection.What is your experience of “limits” before it gets to laggyCheersHenrik
we need to default the view to fit to screen - right now each user has a different view of the board and some are too zoomed in or zoomed outFit to screen is defaulting below 10% - this means any text is too small to be viewed without significant adjustment. Is there a way to make the whiteboard canvas smaller so that we can default to a more natural zoom?
I’d like to use wordwall directly on the board but when I add iframe code it isn’t supported in Miro. I’d like to see how my students do activies directly on the board using wordwall or similar apps via sharing my screen on Skype.How can I see them open and do activities using Wordwall in real time?
I have several clients and I want to work with them separately. I bought a consultant plan - and now have a question - how to orginize work with my clients? Do I need to open new teams or I should make new project at the my main team and invite consultants there?I don’t want to pay extra money for additional licenses I want that boards created for each client see only this client.
I’m not sure what specifically changed, but I can’t move any selected items on the screen with my trackpad. I have gotten it to work once, but I have no idea what triggered it. Zoom isn’t working like it used to either. My Apple mouse is a little better, but not much. We are all struggling doing the simplest things. What was the purpose to this change?
How do I change the name of a team?
It doesn’t seem like there is an option to copy several lines of free standing text into individual post it notes. I see that it’s possible if I do this from a table to sticky notes. However, when text isn’t already in a table, I’d like to be able to copy and then paste it into Miro and see each of the lines represented as post it notes (if I so choose). Thanks!
Hi All,I am using Miro a lot for my work: i love it, and love sketchnoting.Also using the Miro App on Ipad with the apple pencil, I find it a bit limited. For example if i doodle something and I need to select it and move, it is not very handy.Anyone is including sketchnote on Miro? what would you recommend to use? Love using Miro,I know we can export to excel, however is there a way to convert a mind map to an outline editable text view? Like how transno can convert list view into a mind map and vice versa.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.For process mapping, I want to be able to automatically allocate a unique reference number / ID number to shapes and connection lines on a board. Primarily, I am thinking about flowchart diagrams and creating process flows with each shape / connection line being allocated a unique reference number. This would allow non-Miro to Miro referencing in documentation with clearly identified target elements linking the non-Miro document content to the shapes and connections on the Miro board.For (very simple) example, let’s say I have a process flow for user registration. When entering my work email to sign in with SSO, the Mac desktop application directs me to an empty page with no other option than to click the ← Back button (which brings me back to the sign-in page). I’ve tried loggin in without SSO, doesn’t work. I’ve tried resetting my application data, doesn’t work. I’ve tried re-installing the app, doesn’t work. Does anyone has a resolution? Much appreciated! Mac details: macOS Catalina, version 10.15.
It seems to have vanished from the UI. I can see my ‘starred’ boards but I cannot star any new boards
