Hello,today some of our visitors got a message that their “Board access will expire in 24 hours” when trying to acces some of our boards. I read somewhere that the access has a hard timer that refreshes when a member uses the board, but these board are pretty frequented, so this shouldn’t be the case.Is this something new?
Hi, I am being charged each month for Miro but I don’t have an active paid account - because I don’t have a paid account I can’t contact Miro support…. What am I supposed to do here Miro people???? I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charges, but they are saying I need to cancel the card - I am not willing to do this as I have multiple accounts setup on this card and the admin to update them all is not worth it. I had a paid account in the past and I used the same credit card to make the payment for Miro, so I suspect that there is some kind of error in the background that means I am being charged for my account but that on the front-end it says I am on a free account. To be clear - I don’t want or need a paid account right now, so I don’t want to reactivate the account - I just want to stop being charged for the subscription (and refunded the last few months of transactions that I have been charged in error).
I love that you can embed web content within an iframe on a Miro board, but I have a few problems. I am unsure if this is a limitation of Miro or if I am missing something.I started by trying to embed a widget from my CodePen sandbox, and it generally works. However, the aspect ratio locks at 16:9. I have made several attempts with different iterations of the <iframe> tag. I have even tried pasting the naked URL into Miro’s embed code field.I also sampled numerous random URLs of simple web pages to see what would happen, and each attempt resulted in a generic 16:9 box with a default thumbnail image. I cannot change the aspect ratio of that embedded iframe. Every single one of them locks at 16:9.Sometimes, the thumbnail image represents the content from the embedded link. Hi! I am new to this and using it as a way to map out our customer service wiki website. I am using the mind map basic template and wanting to figure out the best way to include a body of text or bullet points hidden in a node. So far all I can figure out is commenting on it to be the closest to what I want. I would be fine to add a shape or text bubble next to it but I can’t seem to pair that so that it moves with the node if the map changes. I’m looking for something like being able to add a description to a node is maybe how I would phrase it.Is something like this possible in the free version? Thanks! Rosemary
We are using the beta version of the org chart (and are loving it!) but are needing to update the fixed text titles (Location) and (Team) as we have alternate info to include in the deeper levels. Is there a way to edit this fixed text?

I use cards to organize my projects’ production process and I keep duplicate cards to link to those on the process board. I am wanting to alphabetize my cards by the first line. Is it possible to do so automatically once I drop them in a box?
Hi, need some suggestion on loading a heavy board~ I’ve been using miro with a free plan, was about to upgrade and split a heavy board afterwards, but i can’t access to this board now (i could open and load the board a while ago), and keep getting error while loading. I tried the solutions in Board performance and loading issues, on both desktop app and browsers, unfortunately didn’t work.Any suggestion for solving this issue, or any support i could get? Hi there,I want to have the same experience as on a white board when I am using Miro on my Huion graphics tablet. The pen has two buttons which I can configure. Right now I have the 1st button configured as the left mouse button and the 2nd button as right hand mouse button. My problem is that I need to press the 1st button to start drawing. But I want to start drawing as soon as I touch the canvas. I have tried many things but I am unable to figure this out. I would really appreciate your support!Best Regards,Henbah

I have connect Miro to a team channel, but when i clicked the New board, it goes into a never ending loading status, waited 30 mins and nothing happens.tried logout miro, and log out teams. doesn’t work
Not sure why I can distribute (horizontally & vertically) groups of objects, but as soon as frames are part of groups, I can’t distribute them? The menue option isn’t there - I get offered un-group, only.

Hello, I hope someone can help me. Up till now I´ve been a happy user of a free plan. Some days ago I started to have problems - every 2-3 minutes when was trying to text the board just blocked. It keeps happening. I´ve tried different browsers, the problem is not there.What can I do?
I have uploaded a Word file from OneDrive, but the refresh button option doesn’t appear. I have to delete and reupload to see new updates
Having an issue when using the pen tool on the iPad app. When I tap on Pen, the keyboard shortcut for the pen tool comes up and obscures the Erase tool. I would like to either be able to dock the pen tool so the tips aren’t in the way, or to turn them off, neither of which seem to be available today. Or is there another way? Can you kindly help? Thank you.
