I have been multiple times in a situation where Iโm working in a project that has people from different organisations. When we are desiding what collaborative tools to use there always rises two things that blocks the use of Miro:
- Who pays this? If I create a Miro board and share it to all others, is my organisation paying this for all?
- What other Miro boards these people can see? Is it safe to share this board?
Good and clear information is really hard to find about this case. The user interface isnโt helpful either.ย We end sending sharing links with password insted of just inviting people by using the email invitation. That is a horrible way of using this tool because you have to keep a list of all the board you are invited.
