I would like to create a certain amount of PosIt, in a grid format. For example: 5X3 etc…
This way, the user will be able to save time, instead of drag & drop single postit.

If you are talking about doing this one time only, then copying and pasting a bunch of empty cells from a spreadsheet would do the trick.
If it is to do it repeatedly, then you could use the Stickies template (see below) or just have folks use the Ctrl-D command to duplicate a sticky a number of times and then use the align feature to arrange them in a grid.
